13.5. Locating Existing Reservations
To find existing reservations you have several options to choose from.
Option 1: By Person - If you know the guest's name, you can find a list of all of their activities on the "Activities" tab of their "View Person" page.
Once you have located the reservation you are looking for click the activity number to go to the "View Reservation" page where you can then edit the reservation as needed.
Option 2: By Trip - If you know the trip the guest is on, you can go to the "View Trip" page to locate the reservation to edit it.
Once you have found the guest's name on the "View Trip" page, click the activity number to access their reservation.
Option 3: By Reservation - If you know the guest's reservation number or date, you can use either the "Quick Search" tool in the menu bar or the "Browse Reservations" pages to locate their activity.
To use the "Quick Search" tool in the menu bar, simply type in the activity number and hit enter. This will take you directly to the "View Reservation" page.
To use the "Browse Reservations" page, in the menu on the left choose "Reservations->Browse". Or click the "Reservations" option in the menu bar.
On the "Browse Reservations" page, you can search by customer name, activity number or use the filters to narrow the results to locate the reservation in question.
