10.3. Accessing the Email Outbox From the Dashboard

When you have set up email triggers that you set to be "Stored in the Outbox" (see Email Templates Part 1: Template Categories & Triggers for more information), once the triggered emails are generated you will see a red button with an envelope appear in the menu bar along with a number. The number will indicate the number of emails waiting for review. 



To review the pending emails, click the red button with the envelope. This will take you directly to the email outbox. 

Once in the email outbox, you can review each email that was generated by the system and decide to send or discard the email. 


You can also edit the email, to add a more personal note for the specific recipient the email is going to or remove any content that might not be applicable to the specific recipient. You can also add additional recipients and/or set cc and bcc recipients.  


Once all of the emails have either been sent or discarded, the red button with the envelope will disappear.
