Welcome to Arctic Reservations. This guide will help you configure your new installation for your business needs, including changing key settings, creating payment plans, trips, and more. We recommend following this guide closely, as doing setup in order is useful for ensuring an efficient and fruitful setup process.

Arctic Reservations is designed to be intuitive, but the initial setup can be a little intimidating due to the amount of information that must be provided to tailor the system to your business. This guide was created to simplify that process and ensure that you do not get overwhelmed.

Remember that configuration settings can always be changed later and that new installations should be used as a learning tool. Play around with settings and configuration options to see how they work. Remember, you cannot break the software (if something goes really wrong, we can just reset the installation to the original data). By using your first week or two to get familiar with the options and choices in Arctic, it will be easier to use once you start collecting real data.

To use all the features listed in this guide, be sure to login as an "Administrator."
